In this role, you will be expected to lead a team in HTS discovery and lead overall strategy. This is an onsite role.   This position reports into the Senior Director of the group and will have the opportunity to develop and implement strategies for the discovery of first in class modalities.   Responsibilities: Build and lead the HTS laboratory for small molecule drug discovery, managing automation, data management, and lifecycle strategies within PPG. Manage and execute the HTS portfolio, develop strategic vision for HTS, extract long-term value from HTS data, stay updated on technical and scientific advancements, and publish findings when appropriate. Lead interdisciplinary teams of biologists, medicinal chemists, and protein biochemists, collaborate with other Discovery Sciences groups, and commit to coaching and guiding professional development.   Qualifications: PhD in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Cell Biology, or Pharmacology with 10+ years post-degree experience, including industry experience; strong background in pharmacology and drug discovery.
