Over the past seven years, Ryan has worked exclusively within Embedded talent partnerships across a diverse portfolio of organizations including large scale technology enterprises such as Apple, to early stage growth businesses. His focus has been on supporting organizational growth and navigating periods of transformation. In these environments, Ryan has led large Talent Acquisition functions while also acting as a strategic advisor to executive leadership. His work has included developing Employer Value Propositions, designing scalable talent strategies, and implementing clear reporting to provide accurate, real time workforce data.
