SciPro is thrilled to announce the release of their first Biotech & Pharma Salary Survey across the US. Biotech & Pharma leaders were asked to share their views across a wide range of areas including, but not limited to, what attracts biotech and pharma professionals to their organizations, what are the most difficult skillsets to recruit for, and the challenges of recruiting in the biotech and pharma space.

Drawing upon the invaluable input from industry leaders, SciPro’s survey focused on the US biotech and pharma market by gathering data from over 500 biotech and pharma professionals from across the US, meticulously sourced from our professional network.

The survey not only analyses compensation trends but also uncovers critical insights into biotech and pharma backgrounds, working preferences, and key hiring challenges faced by organizations in this sector. 

• 57.81% of respondents demonstrated confidence in the security of their jobs.

• 76.5% of candidates receive equity or some other form of long-term incentive, while a staggering 86% receive a bonus.
