Bianca Ramirez

Bianca joined SciPro in 2020 as the sixth New York hire and is now part of the SciPro US leadership team, helping grow the business to 30+ consultants across the country. She leads the US HealthTech division, with expertise spanning HealthTech, Digital Health and TechBio, including value-based care, clinical AI, healthcare SaaS and healthcare data. Her team specializes across the full product lifecycle, from Development & Engineering, Discovery Sciences and Data Science & Applied AI to Product, Clinical Validation, and Commercial & Sales. Working closely with SciPro’s UK and European teams, Bianca supports clients globally through contingent, retained, subscription, embedded and contractor solutions, bringing a consultative and highly personalized approach to every client and candidate partnership.
