Ben leads the growth of SciPro’s MedTech division across North America, overseeing client acquisition, partnership strategy and talent solutions. His team supports companies at every stage of growth, from founding teams and emerging startups to multinational organizations, with expertise spanning Engineering, Clinical, Regulatory, Quality, Operations and Commercial functions. His experience covers a wide range of therapeutic areas, including Aesthetics, Cardiovascular, Diagnostics, ENT, Metabolic, Neuroscience, Orthopedics, Renal and Surgical Robotics. Ben prioritizes building strong client and candidate relationships through responsiveness, urgency and a deep understanding of business needs.
